SCM sales staff members bundle the group’s offering for these customers and are the central contacts for their needs. SCM offers both standard solutions while constantly developing new tailored solutions to match customer requirements. This are created in close collaboration with sales and product management teams in the individual business units and subsidiaries, as well as with group development (GD).

Major customers benefit from the possibility of lasting reduction in their internal document and process management costs by outsourcing to the Swiss Post. They gain flexibility and are able to focus more on their core competence. The SCS scope of services ranges from operating or taking over internal postal services to the digitization of processes and documents (work preparation, scanning, post-processing, etc.)
