SwissSigner - Technical details
Technical details
Solution description
Use the SwissSigner to easily and rapidly sign any PDF-file. The SwissSigner supports all common signature functions: Single- or multi-signature, with or without certification, with the SwissSigner you simply digitally sign all your PDF-files!
The SwissSigner always adds best signature quality to your documents:
- If internet access is available, SwissSigner automatically adds a certified SwissSign timestamp to the signature. With this, the exact time of your signature is confirmed, compliant to the Swiss digital signature law (ZertES).
- In case of multiple certificates available, SwissSigner automatically selects the qualitatively best certificate.
- If internet access is available, SwissSigner integrates the validation protocol of the certificate into the signature. With this documents with valid signatures are still indicated as correctly signed after expiration of the certificate.
Thanks to this solution, digital signing of contracts and invoices or electronic archiving is easy-to-do and legally compliant. Use the SwissSigner to sign with a Post SuisseID, the electronic identity of the Swiss Post, and meet all legal requirements with just one product:
- The Swiss digital signature law (ZertES)
- The ordinance of the Federal Department of Finance on electronically transmitted data and information (EIDI-V)
- The ordinance of the Federal Department of Finance on business record management (GeBüV)
