These are the next steps to enroll for SwissSign Managed PKI: 1) OfferingTell us the following information (contact) and we will be happy to give you an individual offer without obligation:
2) ContractsWe will make you a short offer based on the information under 1). If this interests you, we will send you the detailed contract documents. Depending on the selected managed PKI variant, these are some or all of the following:
3) Configuration of the customer setupSign the commercial contract first and send us back a copy. A SwissSign employee will then contact you so you can fill in the service contract together. The individual customer setup is then carried out on the SwissSign CA on the basis of this document. In the case of CA signing the procedure is different here. With CA signing SwissSign will contact you after receiving the countersigned commercial contract in order to agree on the further steps (visit to the customer at the customer’s location, audit of the PKI infrastructure and RA processes, CA signing ceremony) and appointments. 4) Handover of the administrator-rightsHandover of administrator access to set up the customer on the SwissSign CA. Here if desired the customer will also receive one or more administrator certificates to provide authentication to SwissSign. |
